Whether she lends her eye to a person or a brand, Sandrine Sarah Faivre’s work always starts from her clients’ experience. « I offer my grammar at their service, in order to tell their story.» While she initially interpreted the universes of prestigious houses such as Jaeger-LeCoultre, Puiforcat, or Cartier, she increasingly works with private individuals, on projects of a more intimate dimension. In her work, the interior architect enjoys painting a portrait of her clients, contributing her vision of space, her sense of shapes and perspectives. «I appreciate clarity, legibility», she argues. This graduate of Ecole Boulle typically starts with a minimalist base, composed of neutral tones, noble materials (stone, wood, lacquer…) and pure volumes inherited from modernism. She inserts in the right places strong decorative elements: materials, colors, patterns or furniture, chosen for their patina, the life they breathe. Works that make each room vibrate. She has a particular passion for the creations of designer Shiro Kuramata, appreciating their presence and economy of means. But also works of art that bring whimsy, brilliance, and poetry, like so many colorful punches. Sandrine Faivre also puts her talent to work for hotels and other hospitality venues, an exercise she trained with Tristan Auer and appreciates for the freedom to push concepts to their limits. Regardless of the project, her gaze allows her to reveal volumes, even the most mundane, and anchor them in their era through textures, uses. Each of her interiors is envisioned as a true aesthetic journey.

A seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in the highend interior architecture and decoration industry, she has acquired considerable knowledge, a network, and extensive experience working on multinational projects for luxury brands, hotels, private residences. Over theses 20 years she has refined her eye and deepened her understanding of the emotions inherent to each space. She excels at interpreting expectations while cultivating a sensitive approach — attentive to what is perceived as much as to what is felt. Her process combines a meticulous sense of detail with an overarching vision, always in service of spatial experiences that are authentic, inhabitable, and memorable. Her style revolves around two complementary axes: — an architectural minimalism that integrates seamlessly into its environment ; — a scenographic richness, nourished by cultural references and a singular sensitivity to light, materials, and sense of time. Each project becomes a dialogue between restraint and expressiveness, between the precision of the line and the warmth of atmosphere. She designs spaces that tell stories, soothe, and inspire — environments meant to be lived, not merely admired.
